Can I use my own fabric? Some of Stonegate Designs lighting fixtures can accept a customer's own material (COM). Contact your local Stonegate Rep or our customer service department with any questions.

Are Stonegate products UL/CUL approved?Yes, most lighting fixtures from Stonegate Designs are UL/CUL certified. There is a UL label applied inside the canopy or cover that goes over the wiring junction box in the ceiling or wall, and those labels are typically visible during unpacking and installation. Some fixtures are ETL certified and labeled instead, which also meets the requirements of local inspectors and is generally considered to be equal to UL. Labels can not be sent after the fact, so installers and owners are encouraged to take photographs of the UL or ETL labels in the fixture prior to installation if those need to be provided to a local inspector later.

Changes or modification made to a Stonegate Designs product not made in the factory will void the Stonegate Designs warranty, as well as the UL/ CUL Listing. See Sales Terms & Conditions.

Shipping and Freight Costs? Our fixtures typically are not suited for shipping via small package companies like UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail; they must ship on a truck. All shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of Customer and shipped FOB/FCA from St Joseph Michigan 49085. Freight rates are determined by the 3rd party trucking companies and passed along at current cost. Freight (truck or air) shipments are calculated and charged along with crating or pallet charges on the final invoice from Stonegate Designs just before shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping instructions. Please note that all trucking companies charge additional fees for delivery appointments and lift gate trucks and sometimes for difficult or unusual delivery locations.
