Marcia Zia and Paul Priven, the husband-and-wife-team, created Zia•Priven in 1999 to pursue their passion to create extraordinary lighting. Though Marcia, an Emmy nominated Set Decorator and Paul, an Assistant Director left the entertainment industry, the Zia•Priven aesthetic is classically modern with a nod to the couple’s Hollywood roots.

Zia•Priven has been privileged to work with some of the world’s foremost Interior Designers including Jamie Drake, Mark Zeff, Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz and Geoffrey Bradfield. Past projects include the Fontainebleau Hotel Miami, Grand Hotel Stockholm, Four Seasons Resorts Santa Barbara, the Wynn Macao including many high profile residences. Their work has been featured in numerous design publications, the reference text Ultimate New York Design, as well as a live interview on the Early Show.
